Fresh Smoked Salmon Chunks
Regular, Cajun, Pepper
Our “fresh” smoked salmon chunks are “hot” smoked chunks of Chinook salmon – the style of smoked salmon used for centuries by our first nations peoples.
First the salmon is marinated in a brine of sugar, salt and natural salmon juices. Next, they are smoked with natural hardwood smoke just long enough for the smoke to penetrate the tasty flesh and just enough heat to gently cook the fish. Packed in our special vacuum packages they will keep well for at least two weeks under refrigeration. They can then be frozen where the high quality will not diminish for up to a year.
Three flavors available.
- Regular- just salmon, salt, sugar and natural smoke.
- Pepper, the “regular” salmon is dusted with our own seasoned pepper to add a zesty lift that will awaken your taste buds.
- Cajun, another of our own spice blends coats this favorite – not really hot, but just enough of a spicy afterbite to remind you that you just ate this wonderful tasty treat!

Fresh smoked chunks are sold by the pound. To order more than one pound, first Add to Shopping Cart the selected variety. In the shopping cart, change the quantity to the desired number of pounds.
