We have three flavors of Smoked Chinook salmon available:

• Regular- just salmon, salt, sugar and natural smoke.
• Pepper, the “regular” salmon is dusted with our own seasoned pepper to add a zesty lift that will awaken your taste buds.
• Cajun, another of our own spice blends coats this favorite – not really hot, but just enough of a spicy afterbite to remind you that you just ate this wonderful tasty treat!
